New Ziglar Leadership Program Reveals How to Become a Top Performer in Your Life, Career or Business
8 Week Series Beginning Wednesday, July 22nd @ 9:00AM Central
7:00am Pacific  |  8:00am Mountain  |  10:00am Eastern
Dear Friend,

Everyone wants a better life, career, or business. The problem is you don’t often perform to the level required to achieve the level of success you desire.

This leaves wondering if there is more you could do to reach those goals.

At Ziglar, we believe you deserve to reach your goals and that you already possess the qualities of success you need to be a top performer.

At Ziglar, we know how you feel. Zig Ziglar came from a poor family in Mississippi and almost settled on being a “little guy from a little town."

Instead, he decided to become a top performer in his field, and went on to become the world’s top inspirational teacher, impacting over 250 million people in his lifetime.

Now for the first time ever, you can learn Zig Ziglar’s timeless leadership strategies in the all new Top Performance Leadership Series, taught by Tom Ziglar, the proud son of Zig Ziglar and CEO of Ziglar, Inc.
This 8 Week Online Training Reveals...
  • Session 1 - What is leadership? What type of leader are you? The qualities of an effective leader.
Leadership Spotlight: Never Give Up - Be Patient and Forbearing.

We must set our minds to persevere, to believe that every trial makes us stronger and that every challenge is an opportunity, never giving up but always focusing on solutions, processes, and progress. In the midst of a crisis sometimes the best thing to do - is nothing - this takes incredible patience.
  • Session 2 - Leadership and business challenges. Curing Zombies. Getting to know your people.
Leadership Spotlight: Be Kind - Be Gracious and Act with Sincerity and Goodness.

Genuine kindness understands that situations and circumstances impact others and Effective Leaders must respond with kindness, even when attacked or treated abruptly. A sincere response recognizes the human being as a person, not a problem or a task
  • Session 3 - The Ziglar Performance Formula: Attitude X Effort X Skill = Performance
Leadership Spotlight: Be Humble - Do Not Be Proud or Arrogant.

Being humble combined with curiosity builds bridges and solves problems. Questions are the answers and the power of the question depends on the humility of the leader.
  • Session 4 - Digging in - Attitude, Effort and Skill
Leadership Spotlight: Respect - Listen, Affirm and Create A Safe Environment.

By wise guidance you can wage your war, and in abundance of counselors there is victory (Proverbs 24:6).

Top performing teams (google study) have three requirements - being included, being heard, feeling safe. Everyone needs A.I.R - Appreciation, Inspiration, Recognition
  • Session 5 - Correcting course, giving feedback, and voicing commitment.
Leadership Spotlight: Be Positive and Practice Self-control at All Times - Encourage diversity of opinions and our words and our actions have impact and consequences.

Leaders are solution-focused without avoiding problems because they are confident that solving problems helps everyone. A positive attitude is the only logical and practical way to lead a team. Everything we say should be said with the belief that it will be recorded and revealed.

“A positive attitude won’t let you do anything, but it will let you do everything better than a negative attitude.” Zig Ziglar
  • Session 6 - Solving Problems and Start/Stop - The fastest way to success is to replace bad habits with good habits.
Leadership Spotlight: Be Selfless - Focus attention to the individual and team strengths and accomplishments.

Being selfless means creating the atmosphere, the processes, the training; really, everything about what lifts those you lead. It also stems from the foundation of understanding and facilitating the dreams and goals of those you lead.
  • Session 7 - Your Inner Circle and Taking Time
Leadership Spotlight: Stand Firm - Be Worthy of Trust in Tough Times.

During tough times we need the posture of a strong spine and open heart. Leading with integrity is like a lighthouse in the middle of hurricane
  • Session 8 - Manager vs Coach - Inspiring and growing a Top Performance Team
Leadership Spotlight: Look for the Best and Be the Light - Expect the Best. Prepare for the Worst. Maximize what comes. Lead through Darkness.

Looking for the best in people, in change and in opportunities gives fuel, hope, and the energy to keep moving forward.

Leadership is about standing out, being visible, and the darker it is, the more we can shine as leaders.

Tom Ziglar
CEO, Ziglar, Inc.
I have been working here 50 years (my whole life, but "officially" only 28 years!). Dad made sure I learned the business from front door to back, so I started in the warehouse, then on to production, sales, sales management, seminar promotion, and then as CEO for the last 20 years. Now I work with the best team in the world with the best customers in the world, and if you're not careful, when you come by the offices you will find yourself officially adopted by the Ziglar family! I have a beautiful wife and daughter. I enjoy social media and I love speaking to people all over the world.

My personal mission statement: "My mission is to help you become significant by equipping you to help others become significant." This mission is why I love our Ziglar Legacy Certification program. My favorite Zig quote: "Son, God don't make no junk, and thanks to your mother, neither do I!" I hope to meet you someday, and if you are ever in Plano, Texas, on a Monday morning, I invite you to join us at out Monday Morning Devotionals. I am proud to say our guests always outnumber us, so you will fit right in.
